An avid photographer of Alaska's Beauty and wildlife, she has made the trip to McNeil River to photograph it's famous brown bears, as well as two trips to Nome to photograph the finish of the Iditarod Sled Dog Race. She currently resides in Wasilla, Alaska with her husband Doug and a German Shepherd search dog in training named Suka.
